Elite Environmental Services was established by Joseph Hoyle in 1992, a 30-year veteran of the industry. Currently, we are growing to include a wide range of clients throughout the Southeast.We take a personal approach to business at Elite. Maintaining quality relationships with clients and employees has always been our essential goal, and we believe it profoundly affects our work in positive ways.

To provide the best service possible, we strive to employ the best human and material resources. Our management style promotes competence, thoroughness and friendliness; and we utilize high-quality environmentally-friendly products, whenever possible.

At Elite, we pride ourselves on our relationships with our customers and our employees. Because no one is perfect and we all make mistakes, hopefully by having a great relationship in place, when we do make a mistake our customers will think twice about doing business with another company.

Meet The Elite Staff

Sandra Austin
CEO

Sandra has been working for Elite for the over 18 years. In 2014 Sandra became the Owner of Elite Environmental Services, LLC. Sandra takes a great amount of pride in building and maintaining long term relationships. She believes in always doing what is right for the customer, no matter what it takes. She strives to instill this attitude among all employees and it has now become an important part of Elite’s culture.

Jason West
Operations Manager

Jason has been on our team for a little over 7 years. As Elite’s operations manager, Jason is responsible for overseeing Elite’s complex ordering and delivery systems. Jason ensures that Elite’s buildings are well stocked and supplied in line with Elite’s demanding and rigorous cleaning schedules. Jason is also responsible for Elite’s extensive and exclusive training programs. As part of this program, employees are introduced to Elite’s policies and procedures and receive hands-on training.

Carmen Mason
HR Manager

As Elite’s Human Resources Manager, Carmen brings a wealth of knowledge to the company regarding current personnel law, employee relations and recruiting. Carmen helps employees focus on Elite’s complete customer service satisfaction mindset. Carmen has a BA in HRM and is currently working toward earning an MBA. Carmen has been with Elite for over 7 years.
