Computer Repair Services:

• We fix all brand names of PCs (sorry, no Macs).

• For our at home and business clients, we offer on-site service.  We will come to your home or business for problems with your computers, printers and/or network.  We will try to get to each service call within a 24 hour period.  However, if we deem that your situation is critical, we will dispatch a technician as quickly as possible.

• Most repairs performed in our shop are completed within a 24-hour period. If we have to order any parts, it will take more time to complete the service. With all repairs taking more than 24 hours, we will try our best to let you know when we expect the part to arrive and the repair job to be finished.

• Repair estimates are given before we start to work. If the problem is more extensive than originally expected, we'll call you with a revised estimate before we go any further.

• We offer on-site repair service for the Chicagoland and surrounding areas only.

• Upgrades are available for all brands of PCs, and you will receive a free upgrade quote.

• Hardware and software configuration support is available for laptops. However, we do not repair or replace defective laptop hardware. Please consult the laptop manufacturer for an authorized service center.

• Due to differences in technology and restrictions on parts availability, we do not repair monitors or printers. Please consult the appropriate manufacturer for an authorized service center.

System Repair

There comes a time when even the best computer systems fail.  

Sometimes this is caused by incompatibility between software & hardware  As you upgrade software, occasionally programs don't work well with the hardware or with other software on your computer. It is also possible your new software doesn't support the old printers or has used up all of your hard disk space.  

At other times computer system failure may be caused by foreign objects falling into keyboards and/or CPUs. Dirt on or around your computer may also be drawn into the computer by the cooling fans. 

There are also times when you want to make improvements: a new printer, a new monitor, or a new CD ROM with the ability to write CDs.  These are, of course, just a few of the changes you may wish to make to your computer system.
