Sandra has been working for Elite for the past 14 years. In 2014 Sandra became the Owner of Elite Environmental Services, LLC. Sandra takes a great amount of pride in building and maintaining long term relationships. She believes in always doing what is right for the customer, no matter what it takes. She strives to instill this attitude among all employees and it has now become an important part of Elite’s culture.
Juan joined Elite over 10 years ago after a successful career with Brown and Williamson, Inc. He has a commanding knowledge of the cleaning industry and always goes the extra mile for the customer. Juan understands the needs of Elite’s customers and is often called in to deal with exceptionally difficult and challenging jobs. Juan takes immense pride in his work and it shows as many customers ask for him by name on a regular basis.
As a seasoned account manager, Tamela has nearly 25 years’ experience in the commercial janitorial industry. Tamela has very strong organizational and follow-up skills and is famous for her winning attitude and follow-up. Additionally, Tamela has a broad knowledge of cleaning equipment, and keeps abreast of the most current cleaning processes in the industry today. Tamela is responsible for overseeing dozens of Elite’s accounts and a large number of employees.
Jason has been on our team for a little over 3 years. As Elite’s operations manager, Jason is responsible for overseeing Elite’s complex ordering and delivery systems. Jason ensures that Elite’s buildings are well stocked and supplied in line with Elite’s demanding and rigorous cleaning schedules. Jason is also responsible for Elite’s extensive and exclusive training programs. As part of this program, employees are introduced to Elite’s policies and procedures and receive hands-on training.
As Elite’s Human Resources Manager, Carmen brings a wealth of knowledge to the company regarding current personnel law, employee relations and recruiting. Carmen helps employees focus on Elite’s complete customer service satisfaction mindset. Carmen has a BA in HRM and is currently working toward earning an MBA. Carmen has been with Elite for 3 years.
Linda serves as the Office Manager for Elite and is responsible for handling AR/AP, payroll and bookkeeping. With over 6 years in this role with the Elite, Linda has a proven track record in managing the many facets of Elite’s challenging business.
Monique joined Elite with a wide array of skills including communication, organization, marketing and logistics. As Elite’s receptionist, Monique is responsible for our front-end customer service as well as a liaison between Elite’s external and internal customers. Prior to joining Elite, Monique served in the U.S. Army where she gained valuable experience. Monique has a terrific smile and wonderful positive attitude.
